I have received good treatment from the staff, except for a front desk officer who was reluctant to re-explain the lasic treatment which she had explained earlier to my daughter. Fortunately, another staff member took over her responsibilities. The doctor is excellent, only he is quiet.
I had a freak accident 11/6/22 playing badminton where the shuttle hit the side of my left eye. My experience with all the staff there and Dr. Chandran himself has been really brilliant. I decided straight away to have the cataract surgery for both eyes. I find Dr. Chandran to be very efficient, honest and sincere and very professional. Most important, he made me feel very comfortable and removed my worries. With Dr Wilson's professional hand in removing the hard-rock cataract and 2 sutures in the eye. My husband was able to regain some blurry vision back even though he had glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration.
