My husband went for earwax removal (elsewhere) and came out deaf. Apparently not common but can happen and can be temporary or permanent. We went to a few specialists none of whom helped so I remembered John Lloyd who had helped me in the past. We made an appointment and John was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was a great meeting and we really feel that John has helped us. We have two new hearing aids on the way and are hopeful these will really help. I would recommend John anytime.

Dr Lewis acted calmly and with great authority when I called her when my daughter was taken ill in March 2020. My 11-year-old daughter had developed a very worrying cough and was very poorly. My local NHS GP would not see her or prescribe antibiotics and told me coldly that my child should be put in isolation for 14 days and wait and see what happens? Everyone with her symptoms was being treated as if they had Coronavirus and would not listen to the fact that she had pre-existing chest problems and had bronchitis many times in the past and ended up in the hospital. I could not accept this and called Dr Lewis she listened carefully and took full control of the situation. Her surgery was closing at 1pm and I could not get there before 1.30 yet when I arrived she had all the medicines packaged and waiting for me in a separate place even after they had closed I gave my daughter her pumps and antibiotics within two hours of making a phone call to Dr Lewis. Alice is now recovering well thanks to Dr Lewis's fast action and knowledge. I can totally recomend Surrey GP Dr Lewis even phoned to see how Alice was in her own time. A great Dr you can trust and rely on. Thank you, Dr Lewis, from all our family.
I’ve been to Dan’s clinic a few times now for ear wax removal. The removal of wax is quick and painless. The clinic is spotless. Dan is very friendly and most importantly very good at what he does. Have recently recommended him to a relative.
David is very professional and friendly. I visited the centre last year for micro suction wax removal and posed quite a challenge for him. After a long time of suffering hearing loss was delighted with the results. I have just been back to him for the same treatment and again, very friendly and efficient. David also fitted my elderly mum with hearing aids last year, after years of not being able to be involved in group conversations, it has changed her life. They fit so well and comfortably she forgets she is wearing them. I would highly recommend David at Bramhall, nothing is too much trouble for him and he offers such a personal and friendly service.
I saw Mr Khan for microsuction today and I can not fault the service. Made me feel at ease and amazed at the difference it has made to my ears. I would recommend 100%.
I wish to thank everyone at AngliEAR Hearing and Tinnitus Solutions for their warmth, generosity, professionalism and care that they gave to me at a time when I was really struggling with the sudden onset of loud, and very stressful, tinnitus. When I first called, Christina was warm and understanding and put me immediately at ease. Christina and Sarah were both really helpful in arranging (and re-arranging) my appointment. Trevor was fantastic at explaining what tinnitus is and how people react to it and he helped me immensely in dealing with it. Having had blocked ears for over week was driving me mad was using drops to try and clear them but seemed to be getting worse. Found Vitality on the web gave them a ring about 1 pm told them the problem and was seen that evening had my ears syringed what a relief to hear clearly again.
