Erica is really caring and professional. Last Monday was my first time ever having a Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment done and understandably, I was initially nervous. However, Erica made me feel so relaxed and I was satisfied with my session. I have two more sessions with her and am looking forward to them. Dr John Zhang is caring but most importantly his treatments are professional. I contacted his practice at short notice and was given an appointment to help me manage my neck pain. The treatment was so effective so I booked another treatment 2 days in a row! Highly recommended.
I had the most wonderful experience with Mr Masha Singh. I visited him for an earlobe repair after stretching my earlobe a few years back. I spoke to a few other practices but this one was really good value, and the communication with Renata was quick and painless. On the day, Mr Singh made me feel totally at ease, with a really helpful description of what the surgery entailed, what the potential risks were, and what the end result would be. It made a potentially nerve-wracking experience much more relaxing. He was chatty and very kind throughout. I’ve had my stitches out today, and I’m delighted with the result. A few more weeks and it’ll be good as new! Thanks to everyone who works at the GP surgery - and particular thanks to Mr Singh!

A big, big thank you to Lucy! With many months of feeling ‘out of sorts,’ I jumped on the internet and researched Homoeopathy. After the sudden onset of neuropathic symptoms and acute (medical) anxiety, all normal routes had proven to be a dead end (notably dismissive GP) - Lyndsey was found via a link on the British Acupuncture site and from my first email I felt reassured. With each visit I have felt improvement in both physical and mental health, without this, I dread to think where I would be now. I would recommend Lyndsey to anyone, it has quite literally changed my life for the better and although I am not suddenly cured, I am in a place where I can get on with life, knowing I can always pop back for a visit if I have a dip.
