I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and work with a wide variety of presenting issues using an integrative approach which enables me to work with you in a way that best fulfills your needs. The service offers various modes of connecting. These include in-person sessions (where both therapist and client are in the same room), online sessions (where therapist and client are in separate locations connected by phone or internet video conferencing software, i.e. WebEx or WhatsApp) and walk and talk sessions (where therapist and client meet in an outdoor environment).
