Treating the body, calming the mind and lifting the soul of customers is the focus of the team at this Buddhism based healing and wellness centre located at White Street in Cork City, Ireland. The team consists of traditional Buddhist teachers who practice the Hanmi Esoteric system of Buddhism. The teachings and healing systems are not religious or denominational and patients who practice other religions are welcomed. Services include guided meditation classes, spiritual healing sessions including chanting, Mantric and self-healing techniques, mantra teaching, Mudra teaching and healing through visualization techniques.
