Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. I had a severe eczema flare up on my lips about a month ago. I have had this condition since primary school but it somehow worsened during the pandemic. After meeting Dr. Doris, she explained my condition clearly to me and prescribed the necessary medications for my treatment. She even went to the extent of explaining what are the do’s and don’ts for eczema patients to prevent flaring up again. The bill for the medication showed each item clearly so I was well informed of what I was prescribed and paying for. A month later, I went for the follow up appointment and met Dr. Janet. She was also very detail oriented and explained to me my current conditions. Both doctors were professional and detailed with their consultations. The price was reasonable for a student like me. My condition improved within 3 days of medication and I am still applying the medication according to the initial prescription. Highly recommended if you have any issues with your skin. Kudos to the Ms. Jennie too at the front desk for facilitating my appointments and explaining to me what each of my medicines were for.

I really enjoyed the treatment! It was very professional and relaxing for me. I did the Diamond microdermabrasion treatment, my skin feels really clean and fresh after the treatment. Would highly recommend.

During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
