The following day I was having it cut out by one of the plastic surgeons at Bumrungrad Hospital for a very reasonable price. The pathology report confirmed the diagnosis. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was done and I would never have got treated so quickly on the NHS in the UK. If I ever need anything doing in the future I will be on the next flight to Bangkok.
