Mesotherapy hair treatment - tried it since there was a promotion. A Filipina nurse Lee was very helpful in explaining the treatment. So far I see some hair turning into my natural colour. Hoping if I continue, the colour returns to black and I don’t need to dye my hair to prevent hair loss. I am not sure though of hair regrowth. I also booked another treatment in hope that my hair will regrow. Have not started treatment yet. I chose this clinic since I got good info from nurse Lee. The clinic is quiet, not too many people, good service.

I'd had a scab on my neck for a few months that wasn't healing. Closer inspection in the mirror revealed that this was no scab, it was a basal cell carcinoma caused by soaking up too much sunshine. I got a same-day appointment at MedConsult Clinic where a nice young Thai lady doctor confirmed the diagnosis and wrote me a referral letter to the hospital. The following day I was having it cut out by one of the plastic surgeons at Bumrungrad Hospital for a very reasonable price. The pathology report confirmed the diagnosis. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was done and I would never have got treated so quickly on the NHS in the UK. If I ever need anything doing in the future I will be on the next flight to Bangkok.

The clinic was nice👍👍 She had a welcome drink. The place is easy to come though is close to BTS Ploenchit. The service was super nice though, so friendly. And have a good service.

Very informative and helpful complimentary consultation with the doctor who in the end did not think it was necessary in my case to do a full scan for skin cancer. Low pressure, he made a few other recommendations and sent me away with the necessary information to decide without pushing for the sale, which I very much appreciated. I didn't notice any English signage but it's a very accurate map pin and if you can read Thai at a basic level you'll be fine!

Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.
