Recently went for a face slimming and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the clinic had a very comfortable atmosphere. Doctor Janet carefully observed my needs and recommended the right treatment, she was also very patient and explained the treatment process in detail, which made me feel very relieved. The whole treatment process went smoothly and was almost painless. Highly recommended!

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

The doctor and staff were very friendly. The procedure was almost painless and fast. One recommendation to improve is to unpack the products in front of the client and to show the client the specific product being used before administering. Apart from that, I would highly recommend it.

I am having hair loss treatment in Dr HB to address my thinning hair and scalp issues. After 2 months, I feel my hair loss problem is stabilised.
