I recently travelled from Australia to Ho Chi Minh City for extensive dental treatment at Medivis Clinic, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. Before arriving, I was extremely nervous. After my scans and examinations, it became clear that my dental issues were far more extensive than I had realised. The treatment involved 20 extractions, bone grafting and implants. It sounds overwhelming, but throughout the entire process I felt supported, informed and genuinely cared for. The dentists, nurses and support staff were professional, compassionate and incredibly patient. One thing that immediately impressed me was the clinic itself. Medivis is modern, spotless and equipped with the latest technology. Every area of the clinic was immaculately clean and maintained to a very high standard, which gave me confidence from the moment I walked through the door. A special thank you to Mia, who was a constant source of support throughout my journey. Travelling overseas for major dental treatment on your own can be daunting, but her kindness, reassurance and willingness to help made the entire experience so much easier. What stood out most to me was the way I was treated as a person, not just a patient. At no stage did I feel rushed or like I was simply another appointment on the schedule. The care shown by every member of the team was genuine and heartfelt. I have now had my temporary teeth for a couple of days and I am thrilled with the result. For the first time in a very long time I can smile with confidence and enjoy eating without constantly worrying about my teeth. The improvement to both my confidence and quality of life has been remarkable. Choosing to travel overseas for dental treatment was a big decision, but I am incredibly grateful that I chose Medivis Clinic.
