After a very traumatic experience with my autistic 13-year-old's orthodontist at a different clinic in Coventry (starting with B and ending with L) where they refused to trim her brace wire which was cutting into the side of her cheek, I reached out to Pinnacle as a desperate mum of a very distressed daughter and explained the situation. (My older daughter already has her brace treatment with them and they have been nothing but excellent). The reception staff immediately spoke with the orthodontist and asked us to come in to get the wire trimmed. Alison saved the day/week and my daughter calmed down. Alison cared and explained the ins and outs of what needed to be explained without embarrassing my daughter. A truly professional and caring service from the staff at the reception desk to Alison.
