I could not smile before coming to see Dr Singh. I had my braces treatment and now have a beautiful smile. My friends tell me how much better my smile is. The staff and dentist are caring and explained all the prices and treatment. The treatment was explained at every stage and now i am so much more confident. It has been a place where I have been treated with dignity and respect. The premises are nice and modern. The appointments are easy to make and Saturday appointments are readily available.

I recently wrote an enquiry to this clinic upon wanting veneers and how I felt self conscious due to the current state of my teeth. I was made aware that the process behind getting veneers is irreversible and a lot of thought is needed before I went forth with the procedure - he was especially careful due to my young age. My dentist made sure I understood what I was interested in and he also shed light upon the alternative routes I could take. My dentist was very open minded and empathetic towards my issues. Thanks to him, I found a suitable and most appropriate substitute. I chose this clinic after seeing all of it's great reviews on this site. It was very easy creating an appointment. The clinic is very aesthetically pleasing in real life. I received friendly treatment from the receptionists, nurses and my dentist.

Filling, fissure seal, crown seal and impressions This is the second time I have visited the All Saints Dental Practice. On both occasions, I have had a very positive experience. What I love about this practice is that it is relaxed whilst still being professional. It takes away that apprehension you have when typically visiting a dentist. I have had the same dentist for 27 years and I was travelling 180 miles to see him, as I did not want to switch to a local dentist. I have been fortunate enough to find an excellent dentist here. She is a new dentist at the practice and her treatment has been pain-free and faultless. She kept me informed throughout my treatment so I knew what to expect. I cannot say visiting the dentist is a joy, but this practice makes it that just bit nicer.

I have always had an issue with protruding front teeth. This led to being called all sorts of names, including goofy and so on. I wanted to do something about this. I would not speak to people for fear of them seeing my teeth. They were crossed over and uneven. I had my teeth aligned using metal braces, with four tooth extractions. After that, I had plastic retainers to wear of a night time. Since my treatment and aftercare, I have since hosted public events and chaired meetings for our local community association, something I would never have done if I did not have this treatment. I can look people in the face now, rather than looking down at the ground when speaking to people. When I finally decided that I needed to do something about my protruding front teeth, I naturally did a search on Google. Obviously, there were hundreds of results returned. Navigating your way through this minefield can be daunting! I wrote the number down of a few practices and called them up. One of these was Brackenwood Cosmetic Dentistry. Of all the ones I called, they all said they would charge a consultation fee of £60+ just to look at my teeth, except Brackenwood. The person I spoke to on the phone was hugely welcoming and would accommodate my requests. Once I attended my consultation, I was made to feel at ease. Right from reception staff through to Gee Chatha (dentist), I was made to feel as if I was the only one they were treating. I had many questions, and I was not pressured into making a decision there and then. I was given a pack to take away, and Gee even did a free X-ray for me so that I could see my teeth as they were! Great service. I went away, thought about it for a day, and called up Brackenwood to say I wanted to go ahead. The finance package they put together for me worked great, as I could afford it. Every visit to the practice, Gee and his team accepted my requests. Even when I had my teeth taken out, it was pain-free. Their emergency service was amazing too, as I used it on one occasion. I have nothing but praise for the service provided by Brackenwood, and have recommended it to my friends and family too. It's easily accessible too.

I have been to this clinic for many years. Always had excellent service, helpful, friendly staff. I would always recommend to family and friends.
