18 Dental is always a pleasure to visit and that’s from someone who used to be terrified. The staff are so friendly and caring will help with any questions you have. Carmel is my dentist and I cannot praise her highly enough even has me going to hygienist. I’ve been a patient for a long time and can’t believe that I look forward to going to dentist.

I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.

Last week I had an appointment with the Blue Apple dental hygienist, Tanya, and her professional approach and empathetic manner have changed my negative attitude to dental hygiene procedures. I had a previous unfortunate experience in a different dental practice - not entirely the hygienist's fault, but it meant that I approached last week's appointment with great reluctance. Immediately Tanya put me at ease and I found the whole experience painless and thorough. She took the time to explain all aspects in detail and gave me very useful advice. Thank you Tanya for helping me overcome my fear of the dental hygiene process.
