I recently had a dental exam at The Dental Design Studio, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Dr. Nila and the hygiene nurse, Alina, were both fantastic. They thoroughly explained my treatment plan, and I felt confident in their recommendations. My upper left second tooth was severely decayed, but Dr.Nila's skilful hands saved it with expert fillings. Surprisingly, I experienced no bad pain( a little and totally manageable) or discomfort during and after the treatment. It's been a week now, and my tooth functions perfectly. The clinic's clean and welcoming environment , along with their attentive staff, made the entire experience pleasant. The hygienist at Rotherly Lodge, Staines. Is the best hygienist I have seen in a long time. Barely any pain and checked in on me all the time. I was dreading to go! Now looking forward to going back in 3-6 months. Thank you

I attend the surgery regularly for dental hygienists and check ups. My experience with both is outstanding and the surgery hygienist is so gentle but very efficient. Sadly I needed a dental extraction recently and from the procedure to the hygienist appointment after, the care was exemplary.

I was really highly impressed with the professionalism and quality I received at my recent appointment. The team truly put me at ease throughout my treatment. Having previously dreaded the appointment I will now look forward to my next one with far less apprehension.

Rashil Patel has tended to my teeth now three times, and they have needed intensive care! Mr Patel is the only dentist I have been to who makes me feel safe. He is extremely careful, his injections pain-free, he is thoughtful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and answers the questions in my head before I have even asked them! At every stage, he checked that I understood what exactly he was doing and the expected benefits/any potential future problem that there may be. Grateful thanks too to his practice nurse who was quietly efficient and kind and the reception staff are a delight to speak to on the phone and they are calm, and welcoming and know what they are doing without fuss. (Apologies I don't know their names or that of the practice nurse). Prices are given up-front so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone at Pinn Dental Practice make going to the dentist a pleasure - well, not quite - but certainly as painless as possible. Thank you.

I'm having root canal treatment and can not thank Tom enough for being highly professional, gentle and thoroughly meticulous. He has explained everything along the way and taken on board any points raised. What a brilliant dentist!! I've been treated over the years by Su, Minesh, and now Tom and I have 100% confidence in all of them. I love the way that they work as teams and have positive and respectful working relationships with the dental nurses. I would also like to thank Josie for her consistently friendly, informative approach - she is an excellent Practice Manager. Marcia is an incredible hygienist, and in fact, everyone I've met over the last 30 years has been exemplary. I have 100% confidence in everyone and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Practice.
