I'm having root canal treatment and can not thank Tom enough for being highly professional, gentle and thoroughly meticulous. He has explained everything along the way and taken on board any points raised. What a brilliant dentist!! I've been treated over the years by Su, Minesh, and now Tom and I have 100% confidence in all of them. I love the way that they work as teams and have positive and respectful working relationships with the dental nurses. I would also like to thank Josie for her consistently friendly, informative approach - she is an excellent Practice Manager. Marcia is an incredible hygienist, and in fact, everyone I've met over the last 30 years has been exemplary. I have 100% confidence in everyone and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Practice. I have been attending this clinic for many years and always received excellent treatment. On this occasion I was given an appointment at very short notice. I was seen by Dr Paras Malde who made me feel very welcome. His friendly manner made me feel at ease right from the start. He listened very carefully to me explaining my problem and following an examination gave me his diagnosis in a clear and understandable way. I am most grateful to him and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I visited Confident Smile to discuss an implant and Alex who is extremely knowledgable recommended I considered a brace for upper and lower teeth including an extraction to straighten the lower teeth for cosmetic and preventative measures as well. I have now had this treatment and an implant in my lower jaw. I am a very nervous patient but at all times I was made to feel calm, relaxed and throughout my dental journey I was put at ease and each procedure was explained in detail prior to the work being carried out. Alex and his team were extremely professional whilst being friendly at the same time. I have now moved to this dentist permanently for check ups and hygiene visits and highly recommend them. The receptionists are also friendly and very helpful.

There is a very high level of expertise available at this Centre. I have been a patient for many years and on every occasion have been treated with respect and courtesy both by reception staff and clinicians. Being in the over 60 age group with failing teeth and suffering from anxiety, choice of care is very important to me. The facilities are very clean and the reception area is very welcoming with TV. I have recently attended the surgery several times after the initial lockdown was released and can report that they are doing everything possible to prevent Covid from entering the premises. They have all the high tech facilities including an affiliated dental lab where they prepare crowns etc on site. I have needed 3 zirconia crowns recently and the lab goes to great lengths to see that there is a good aesthetic finish. I have done online price comparisons and been more than happy that their prices are very competitive. In addition, I have had a front tooth restored with a composite filling over the whole surface of the tooth, instead of a more costly veneer and I am really pleased with this work. My dental surgeon is Amit Soneji and I can highly recommend him.

The first time visiting, made me feel very comfortable, awesomely polite. Would definitely recommend.
