I was very scared and anxious about having dental treatment let alone surgery for dental implants but all I can say is that Joe Parker is the best dentist I have come across, so caring, friendly and very professional. His work is amazing and his experience in implant dentistry is second to none. Would gladly recommend Dr Parker and Pensby Dental for all your dental needs, you won't ever want to see another dentist, I certainly won't! Thank you to the team of the best dentist ever.

Had my first appointment at Raby Road today, after some terrible emergency dentist visits. Kevin was amazing, I'm a nervous patient but he made everything so relaxed constantly checking in during treatments, I can't remember the hygienist's name but she was also lovely. They both listened, I'm so glad I've made the decision to travel for this dentist. Emma was also lovely and supportive

After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

I went for a check-up as I was having pain with a wisdom tooth. I have to say the service is amazing and I was made to feel at ease. Can’t recommend enough probably one of the best dentists I have been to. I will be going back!

I joined Aigburth dental practice in March 2024 needing RCT followed by a crown. At the time of joining, I was extremely nervous, however the endodontist, Mr Jason Wilkinson made me feel very welcome from the start and also helped me feel significantly less anxious as appointments with him went on. In my experience, I received excellent care from Mr Wilkinson as he has treated me with respect and dignity, understood my anxieties and reassured me throughout as well as taking great care of my teeth as I have not experienced any severe pain or complications during or after any treatment/s. I also felt fully included in the whole process and also in decisions about which treatment/s to opt for with Mr Wilkinson’s honest and expert advice. I have continuously had full access and knowledge about my current tooth health by being shown my X-rays, which were explained to me thoroughly. Mr Wilkinson also explained all upcoming procedure/s in detail whilst putting me at ease and reassuring me when I felt anxious and also explained what he was doing to my teeth during treatment whilst informing me what he would do next, so I would not be too alarmed by any sensations or little pain that would follow. Furthermore, when planning and preparing for my crown, Mr Wilkinson was a perfectionist throughout, wanting the previously made crowns by the lab to be changed when the colour or margin were not ideal. Again, this showed Mr Wilkinson’s high standard of care and moral duty towards me as a patient as he wanted the best for me to improve my confidence and smile and also as crowns are quite expensive. Overall, I will definitely continue to use this practice as my ongoing dentist as it has proved very trustworthy, competent and caring. Kind regards,
