This was followed by the award by examination of the membership in restorative dentistry (MRD) by the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Dr Algraffee accepts referrals for gum and dental implant assessments and treatments  from dentists in London and Kent. He is also an implant mentor for local dentists. His previous positions were as a Specialist Clinical Teacher at Guys Hospital, as a Postgraduate Dental Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and as a Senior Dental Officer for Hammersmith and Fulham Trust.
