I have been going to The Lodge Dental Suite for a long time now and would not think of going anywhere else. Melisha makes you feel at ease and is so caring in every way and you certainly do not feel any pain with her. Sonia and Anna are excellent in every way too and Louise and Katie are simply lovely in every way to go out their way to help you in whatever you want - This Dental Surgery is the best you could find and you are made to feel welcome in every way - book your appointment they are all terrific.

12 years ago my teeth were in a dreadful state after years of neglect following my previous dentist's retirement. Remembering unpleasant experiences as a kid in the 50's and as a young adult, I delayed finding another dentist until it was almost too late. Eventually, I took a chance and came to Neel's Dentistry, and I'm extremely glad that I did. Neel was very reassuring and I quickly knew that I had come to the right place. There was a lot of work to do: some urgent and some quite difficult, but we discussed a course of treatment (a refurbishment project really) and this was carried out over a period of several months. It included extractions, a number of root canal treatments, crowns and an implant, and required the services of several specialists on Neel's team. The result was a set of strong and healthy teeth, which I still have, and most of which I might otherwise have lost. The competence and professionalism of the team have always been impressive, but what I had not expected was the friendliness, the thoughtful concern and the kindness that I have received on every visit. This is true of both the medical and the reception staff. Needless to say, I always come for my regular check-ups and hygiene treatments, which take place in a relaxing atmosphere, which I could never have previously imagined in a dentist's surgery.

Dr RAFATH AFFARKA - is a wonderful dentist and she is very patient, polite, calm , friendly and above all goes extra mile to recommend further treatments whether health related or purely cosmetic, which not many dentists recommend, she clearly loves her job and profession, she truly is professional, brings great benefits to patient health, her advice is accurate, to the point. She is punctual, dedicated and honest to her job. I am very impressed with her dealing, and lovely customer service! Definitely recommend, have confidence in her, you are in safe hands.

The treatment I received at Bow House Dental was fantastic. Edward is experienced and very talented. I felt comfortable from the beginning and was in very capable hands. I have been so pleased with the result and it has made a difference to the quality of my life.
