Today I had my first check-up since "lockdown" and was very impressed with the service. I am a busy General Practitioner and despite living near Swansea feel it is a worthwhile investment of my time commuting to Penarth for dental services with the Smile Studio. Not only is the care received exemplary, but the staff all feel like friends. The personal interest in taking a genuine interest in my life goes far above and beyond what I would expect from any medical establishment and impresses me greatly. When I chipped a tooth just before I was due to fly and get married in 2019, The Smile Studio ensured that the experience was as stress-free as possible by ensuring the problem was fixed promptly and were very accommodating to my work commitments in doing so. I cannot recommend the team highly enough for their technical knowledge, professionalism and for always going above & beyond for their patients.
Had to have a tooth extracted by Kas who explained the whole procedure to me and talked me through everything. The procedure went well, no pain or discomfort. Cannot praise Kas or Aga highly enough for the treatment, excellent throughout. Would recommend the practice to anyone who has a fear of dentists.
