Implant Dentist Consultation Dyfed

I would highly recommend Hayden Dental to anyone needing treatment. All staff were welcoming and caring. All care against Covid was superb which is a worry at this time. The actual dental treatment was some of the best I have ever experienced, gentle, caring and thoughtful.

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

I have always had a fear of dentists and have had a really good experience since moving to this dentist practice. Claire Bayliss has been fantastic in keeping me calm and understanding my fear, making the appointment as relaxing and calm as possible. Mandy at reception has always been so polite and positive about my appointments, knowing I have a fear. She really helps me feel safe and confident.

I had my Invisalign journey through Restore Dental and it was the best thing I did. So happy with the results - my teeth look much better now and all the staff and dentist were great and so professional.
