My treatment was brilliant. I had a composite/veneer. Sophia makes me feel at ease, she is chatty & reassuring throughout treatment. She explains everything she is doing and is very thorough. She is an excellent dentist & genuinely cares about the patient & the work she does to your teeth. All the staff at the practice are very professional and lovely people. I always feel welcome.
I haven't been for a few years due to covid. But when I did go they were always kind and very efficient. I did like going to the dentist was always pleasant and thorough. I had a scale and polish last time I went. I asked not to have it done as it was quite uncomfortable but when he did I managed to get through it. I chose this dental practice as it was closer to home and it was recommended to me by family. I was impressed when I went how clean it was.
Visited the dentist today, had an excellent experience! Dr Shetye and Nurse Rukhsar were very proficient, professional, kind and caring! Pain-free seamless experience! Reception staff very pleasant and welcoming, all working very hard in these trying times. All COVID safety measures implemented. I felt very safe and reassured! I have to say I have completely changed my view of dentists as a result of the treatment received by Jag at the Bridge Dental Surgery. I was welcomed, made to relax (which has never happened in dental surgery ) soothed by my favourite music during treatment and dare I say it ...had a laugh!
