Needed root canal treatment and was very nervous. I was seen promptly by Ijaz Hussain, who took plenty of time to explain the procedure and reassure me. I agreed to start treatment immediately, and Ijaz and his lovely dental nurse, Isabel, were fantastic and very professional. Treatment was successful, and subsequently Nigel Saynor fitted a crown. First time I’ve been in a dental setting for a very long time and was made to feel at ease by the friendly and welcoming staff as soon as I walked through the door. The gentleman (I’m really bad at remembering names) that I saw was excellent and was extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to explain things to me and I really appreciated that. When I need any dental work or help in the future this will be the place I go.
My tooth inlay fell out and I couldn't eat as there was a big hole. I booked an emergency appointment on Sunday and was seen within an hour. Dr. Nua and Charlotte put me at ease, as I hate dentists, but my tooth was fixed. I wish they were my dentist, as they were caring and totally put me at ease.
