First time I’ve been in a dental setting for a very long time and was made to feel at ease by the friendly and welcoming staff as soon as I walked through the door. The gentleman (I’m really bad at remembering names) that I saw was excellent and was extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to explain things to me and I really appreciated that. When I need any dental work or help in the future this will be the place I go.
I broke a tooth while cleaning it, rang Freedom Dental at 0900 and was seen by doctor patel at 10.00, Great service by front office staff, Doctor Patel soon discovered the problem and talked me through the alternatives, which was temporary filling or maybe the remaining tooth may have to come out. We settled for the filling for now. Great service from all.
I highly recommend Manchester Dental Lab. I have a complex issue with my mouth but Chris worked round this to make me a full set of dentures. They are brilliant and look great. I feel confident when smiling and speaking now. I have only just got them so needed an adjustment due to rubbing which Chris did very quickly. I already feel more confident with eating which I'm sure will improve even more when the rubbed area settles down. Thank you Chris
