I am from the UK. I did some research on dental practices a few months back. I messaged a few practices, of which Dilay was the first to respond. After a few messages back and forth, explaining the treatment I needed. Dilay was amazing in all aspects of communication. The response was quick and easy to understand. I needed a root canal filling and a crown. After sending a copy of my X-rays, they confirmed the treatment. I was sent prices and time scales for treatment. I made the appointment around my annual leave from work. The level of service that they provide is second to none. Personally, getting picked up and taken back to our hotel by Dilay on my first appointment was just amazing. I had e-rays taken and explained potential other work I could have had done, but at my choice. They started the work on the first appointment, which was amazing. I was picked up the next day for the next stage of my treatment, again returned afterwards and again for my third and final appointment. The clinic was immaculately hygienic and very clinical. The staff were all exceptionally helpful in all aspects. I will 100% recommend this practice and will definitely be returning for further treatment in the future. I arrived at the clinic on Sept 28th 24. I received a professional welcome and the staff were lovely. I was quoted in the UK via WhatsApp before I travelled and there were no hidden costs. State-of-the-art equipment. I had a replacement crown and I was expecting an awful gum impression to be placed in my mouth and was dreading that horrid feeling. But no...there was a a plastic wand that scanned your mouth transporting 3d images of your teeth to a screen in front of you. I returned 3 days later for my prepared crown to be fitted. So easy!!! I also had my two front teeth composite bonded for a fraction of the price in the UK. The work was completed with no discomfort and the technicians were very precise, not finishing until they were entirely I will be returning next year for more work. Thank you to all the team. I travelled to Kuşadası with Elite Med Clinic for a breast uplift and implant change on 5th January 2026. I honestly cannot put into words how incredible the entire experience was. From the moment I landed, I was greeted at the airport and taken straight to the hotel, where Ozlem and Mustafa welcomed me like family. They instantly put me at ease and made me feel completely safe and cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time or the request. She was in constant contact before I travelled, during my stay (at any hour), and continued to check in on me once I was back home recovering. That level of dedication and compassion is rare, and it made all the difference to my confidence and peace of mind. Choosing Elite Med Clinic was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
