Had an outstanding experience with Kemal and his team. The staff were very friendly and polite. I had composite bonding done with one of the female dentists she’s very talented and made me feel very comfortable. I’m in love with my new teeth I feel like a new woman. I had originally booked with sevils but after trying to contact them to discuss everything before booking, I was told to just WhatsApp them what I want! Not happy with just parting with nearly £5000 and not even able to speak to someone over the phone I then found zirve dental and spoke to Emma who is English had talked me through everything from the moment of enquiring to my actual procedure, Emma was there to guide me every step of the way! I know everyone says it but I hate needles but through out my whole stay and every appointment she was right there explaining everything and reassuring me every time. It was spotless and very welcoming, it wasn’t over run with patients being sent in an out, it really felt like you was the only one that mattered while you was there and I can not recommend them enough. Any question I had in between appointments and after was answered straight away. I had 27 zirconium crowns and as I was also on a family holiday with my 4 children, I had to find somewhere that was ideal for them, we go to didim every year so I knew this was the perfect location for me but wasn’t expecting to get the care and satisfaction for the price I had been given by them, thank you very much to the whole team!
Incredible experience at Dentapoint Communication from the start with patient coordinator Aybike, my Dentist Ali Kiliç, and aftercare specialist Sude. Collected from departures without delay. Transport was extremely nice, air-conditioned, chilled bottled water which was a godsend as it was sweltering hot! Hotel was great, staff were really nice, accommodating and more than happy to help you find what you are looking for in then local area. Treatment: First day after checking into the hotel, I had my X-Rays and sat with the consultant who reviewed the images and decided on a plan of action. No changes to price, hidden costs, it was all as expected in the quote I received before flying out. I was set to have 19 crowns fitted, and an extraction. Local anaesthetic and a few hours later I was done. I didn't feel a thing. Nearly fell asleep at one point! Temps were fitted while waiting 24 hours for my new teeth and within 4 days we were done! Can't recommend them enough, can't thank them enough. Wonderful people, wonderful place. Will happily fly out for any dental treatment I need in the future without question
