In most cases we use ASTRA AQUA implant system. (Nobel Biocare or ITC Strauman systems occasionally)We prefer screwed constructions and do so if adequate. On one implant you can put one tooth/crown. On two implants you can do a bridge with four teeth. A whole lower jaw you can put on four teeth.The time for the whole treatment varies depending on the healing (very individual) which in turn depends on bone quality etc.. Approximately 6-9 weeks from operation date. A ceramic / porcelain crown is the best alternative when the correction to fix is to big for a plastic filling. It is the most safe and good looking aesthetic alternative and normally the best option. It looks like and feels like your own tooth. If it’s necessary we prepare the tooth so that the crown will fit perfectly. An impression is taken and sent to the laboratory.  When the crown is finished, approximately 1 week it is cemented and the result is a white and natural smile.
