I have severe anxiety stemming from an incident with my orthodontist and have not been able to go to a dentist or for oral work for years because of it. Almost all my dentists in the UK have not been exactly.,.equipped to help with anxiety despite me explaining my situation, so I was worried it might be the same here. But it was completely different and surprising. Dr Seo was so patient. The entire office was very accommodating. They set you up in the room and let you relax and just acclimatise to the environment (which helped me because it takes me some time to work down from an anxiety attack) and Dr Seo was patient and kind the entire appointment and explained everything clearly. The office also is very nice and bright with lots of windows and plants so it feels more comforting straight away. I'm already scheduling another appointment. I'm so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
The personal were very helpful and the doctor made sure to explain everything and every step she was doing the nurse was making sure I was comfortable. The full process went smoothly. Had a 2 broken crowns and I got the treatment done very quickly and safely

Friendly, professional and the whole team out speak English, which made the process very easy. The equipment is state-of-the-art and the location is very easy to access via the outer circle line. Very kind dentist and receptionist. The dentist can speak English perfectly and fluently but I think the receptionist is more comfortable speaking in Korean. I could use my national health insurance here and the dentist showed me pictures of my teeth and the full price of my cavity treatment. The treatment itself was quick, a little painful due to no anesthesia which I thought was normal but my mother was surprised that no anesthesia was used. I also got a welcome toothpaste and brush gift from the dentist and the location is surrounded by many restaurants too. Overall I would return here in the future.
