I visited this dentist hoping to have a filling done, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. I had to wait a long time before being assisted, even though no other patients were there at the time. In the end, my filling was not completed.
I was charged for an X-ray, which was just one picture, and for a consultation that lasted less than 15 minutes. During my visit, I also noticed the receptionist was engaged in a personal phone conversation while I was trying to ask questions, which made communication more difficult. Overall, I felt the clinic was not well-prepared to address my treatment needs, and communication could have been much better.
I did not feel satisfied with the service and would encourage others to consider this carefully when choosing a clinic.
