He took the time to write me a personal email relating to the specific matter the appointment was for, taking the time to explain to me, in layman's terms, what we were looking at, and where to from here. I have always heard so many dentist horror stories and was always so grateful I never really needed to see a dentist. Well, that was the best experience in my dental history - well actually ever in seeing any medical practitioner! I liken it to going for a facial x I have had root canal treatment, fixing of cracked and broken teeth etc and each and every experience has been amazing.
