I am an old client (swede) and I have always been very satisfied with the clinic. The only disadvantage is the staircase leading to the clinic which is hard to enter when you get older.

I received fast and good service. I had my teeth scaled and the price was 250rm.

When I got to know that Dr. Fauziah will be the one treating me I automatically switched my mind to proceed straight away to do my veneer without any doubt, because I believe Dr Fauziah is so professional and has a naturally lovely personality. She took the time to explain every procedure in details with her beautiful illustrations. She also gave all the effort explaining all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staffs are so helpful and friendly. The painless veneer process was so smooth and satisfying! I would highly recommend Dr. Fauziah to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had and I am completely happy and satisfied ❤️❤️❤️

I went to Wong and Sim Surgery, Pulau Tikus for an emergency tooth infection while I was on holiday in Penang. Dr Charlotte Hing gave me antibiotics and had to do root canal treatment and a crown on that tooth. She explained the procedures every step of the way during the treatment and brought me in for reviews even after my treatment had finished without charging me extra. She was very caring and gentle, and I felt every confidence in her during my treatment. Thank you Dr Charlotte

My family and I went to this dentist more then 10 years already. The Job done is excellent. They cared so much. The doctor is so gentle & polite. Dental nurses are so friendly also. Overall I'll give 2 thumbs up. I do recommend this dental clinic.

The clinic was quick to respond & schedule an appointment for a consultation & cleaning (scaling & polishing). The facilities are clean, the staff is very nice, & the technology is advanced.
