Exceptional Experience! Got dental crowns on all of my teeth from Dr. Parampreet Kohli at Smile Couture Dental Clinic in Mumbai, India. Great value, amazing hospitality. I reached out to them from here in Sydney after one of my friends who got a treatment there recommended it to me, they were prompt in communication, and the Patient Service Manager is extremely fluent in English. He set me a couple of video consultations with Dr. Parampreet to understand and plan my treatment. She heard me fine and suggested I get some scans, after which I received the treatment plan. Once I understood then we planned the dates on which I was supposed to be in India. I got support for the tickets, visa, and hotels before I flew from here. Once I landed, I was greeted at the airport, there was a complimentary airport pickup, checked into the hotel, very near to the clinic. Got into the clinic, and the first impression was great, the place is clean, hygienic, and very soothing, I saw the pictures of the place before, and upon reaching the clinic felt even better. I was greeted by the doctor who started the treatment. I could watch Netflix while getting the treatment done. Dr. Parampreet and her team are amazing, she is an expert, and holds the highest medical degree in India. They were so gentle and took so much care of me. Explained everything again in detail before beginning the treatment. World-class sterilization protocols and equipment. I had a 2-week long stay there and in between my dental visits, I was provided with a guide (upon my request) to take me around Mumbai, Goa, Rajasthan, Agra, and New Delhi. Had an amazing amazing time. They had kept a few days as a buffer for my treatment and made sure that I was perfectly fine. Treatment got over, they accept all sorts of payment options, and I paid via my credit card. Got a complimentary airport drop and voila, in 2 weeks I experienced one of the most lively countries and top-class care. The best part was the follow-ups once I reached back to Australia, they kept on asking how I was doing which touched my heart. Highly highly recommend them to anyone in any part of the world, just get in touch with them. They will tell you what exactly you require, no overselling, only what is required.
