What are Metal Braces?

Metal Braces are orthodontic appliances made of stainless steel or titanium. They are suitable for patients of all ages. They are the cheapest among braces and are considered the most effective. Patients should practice proper dental hygiene and brush and floss their teeth correctly. Patients should use fluoride toothpaste. They should not eat hard or chewy food items that will damage their braces. Patients should attend their orthodontist appointments to ensure the correct fianl position of the teeth is achieved.
