COIN was founded 30 years ago by doctor Norberto Angel Blotta, who is the present Chief of the clinic. It is graduate of the Faculty of Odontolgy of the University of Buenos Aires, obtained the doctorate on Odontolgy and after exerting several positions like educational, he was also attached professor in the operating department of odontology of the UBA, being specialist in protesis, endodoncia and surgery. He was followed by his children Federico and Natalia Blotta, who along with them accompany a group by professionals highly enabled in each one of the areas of the odontolgy, conforming this way a interdisciplinary equipment able to approach any specialty.
