Manchester Signature clinic were very easy to deal with from the very start. The admin girls in Glasgow (Main Office) and Manchester were very knowledgeable and informative about my Trigger Thumb treatment. The online and text communication/ consultation before my operation with 2 doctors was excellent. They offer a free online/phone consultation, which is not the case with other clinics who chatge£200/£250. Upon arrival at the clinic we were offered free drinks and snacks. The nurses who prepped me for the operation were very professional and competent. Dr. Sherif Alemari examined my thumb thoroughly before the operation. And stated even at this late stage I could leave with a full refund if I did not want to go through with the operation. This shows they are completely concerned about the patient and not about making money. Totally excellent. The operation was quickly carried out in a professional manner. The after care was excellent too. I was given a comprehensive pack of bandages, sterile pads, tape and Antibiotics. Then a nurse phoned 2 days after my operation to check I was OK. She is ringing back again in a week. I would highly recommend Manchester Signature Clinic. Not just because they charge less than other clinics for this operation but for all the reasons stated here.

I recently had bilateral otoplasty with the plastic surgeon at Beautiful Beings. The initial consultation and follow up were at the Beautiful Beings clinic just outside Hull and the surgery was at a nearby hospital. The staff at both the clinic and the hospital were very professional and reassuring. Both clinic and hospital were clean and friendly environments. The surgeon was very clear about what would happen during and after the operation and what the result should be. The cost was clearly set out and payment was easy. The surgery was completely pain-free except for the initial anaesthetic injection (which didn't hurt much at all), and the operation was over in 45 mins. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but the recovery was very smooth and pain-free. The result is excellent, exactly what was discussed in the consultation and I'm so happy!

From my initial appointment with Mr Gawad to my most recent post-op visit I have felt listened to and looked after by both Mr Gawad and Rachel. Although nervous on the day of the surgery, Mr Gawad placed my mind at ease. I had every confidence that I would get the result I had wished for. Mr Khan and his Team are amazing!! I did a lot of research for my Tummy Tuck, I looked at surgeons nationwide and I even looked at the celebrity; clinic in Turkey. After the surgery I did develop some issues, typical of me, and the aftercare service I received was phenomenal! I was given high tech equipment and I was seen in the clinic every few days until I was fully recovered. This service is invaluable and I am so grateful I didn't go overseas. The clinic itself, including the wards and the theatre, is clean, modern and welcoming. Even the car parking is easy to use! Mr Khan and his team have changed my life. My dream has come true and I have a wonderful long-awaited tummy and perfect shape. My husband, children and family have noticed the lift this has had on my spirits. I am more active and I enjoy more outdoor activities and I also love being able to wear whatever clothes I like and not be disappointed with my reflection! I cannot thank them enough for what they have given me and I will be forever grateful. Keep up the good work xx

When I was researching plastic surgeons I was thrilled to find that Prof Mahajan, a very experienced surgeon with excellent reviews, was based in a very close proximity to my home. From entering the Evolve Clinic, I knew I was going to be in safe hands. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional and completely put me at ease. Prof Mahajan was very honest and explained what results I could expect from a midi face lift. I was shown lots of photos of previous face lifts clearly showing before and after results. The price was extremely competitive. I just knew I could trust this surgeon 100% The surgery was under local anaesthetic and took approx 4 hours. It was a very comfortable procedure. The area was numbed. I was not sedated so afterwards I was able to go home fairly soon. I had a very uneventful recovery. I had to wear a chin strap for a week. In fact I was out walking my dog the next day. My face was more uncomfortable rather than painful. Although swollen for a week or two I was thrilled with the results. My main concern was my heavy jowls and they had completely gone. My neck was much improved too. I am now 5 months post-op and would highly recommend prof Mahajan to anyone considering surgery.
