I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

He adjusted the plan, offered more affordable options, and clearly explained the pros and cons. I felt completely at ease discussing something I’d been self-conscious about for years, and found the process surprisingly liberating and empowering. What I appreciated most was that he understood not just what would work for my body, but also what felt right for me personally. I had my treatment under local anaesthetic and felt comfortable and in exceptionally safe hands throughout. The staff were calm, friendly, and made the entire experience feel easy. It’s amazing that something I’d thought about for so long could be addressed in such a short time. My recovery was smooth, no discomfort, clear communication, and straightforward aftercare advice. This was my first cosmetic procedure, and it took me a long time to finally take the plunge, but I’m so glad I trusted my instincts and chose Dr. Mahajan. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
