I have had nothing short of an exceptional experience with the Cosmetic Surgery Partners team, I can't praise them highly enough. I had previously been turned away by a popular surgeon in London (whom a few friends of friends had successfully used) and I waited a year feeling as though his opinion was absolute and final. Still unhappy with my appearance, I had another browse online and came across CSP and surgeon, Miles Berry. I was approaching them warily as I believed they would also tell me they were unable to help, as the previous surgeon was so vehement in his view.

My initial contact with Julia was reassuring and very pleasant, she has a particularly friendly nature which immediately made me feel comfortable. I voiced my concerns that I had been turned away previously and asked whether I was able to send some pre-consultation pictures in to ascertain whether Miles Berry would be able to help. Julia advised this was no problem at all and she would pass any pictures over to Miles before booking a consultation. A day or so later, Julia called me to say Miles is sure he can help and will be able to give me the result i'm looking for!

Initial consultation with Miles was honestly like meeting with an old favourite school teacher. For a man with so much talent and intelligence, he has a wonderful demeanour and tongue in cheek humour which takes the edge off the nerves, while still remaining professional and giving you realistic advice. We had a chat about my expectations, sizes, shapes, what would work and what definitely wouldn't. After a long chat, a guideline approach was ascertained and I went away excited and confident I would be safe in Miles Berry's hands.

I booked one more consultation to see Miles before I booked my surgery, to pick the size and make sure the size would match up to my expectations. Miles explained that expectations are very difficult to determine as all results vary (as would my perception and also his) but with the measurements he followed and my wish to have upper pole fullness, that the size decided upon would be a great match for me.

Between this consultation date and my actual surgery, Julia and Lindsey dealt with so many of my queries and concerns so swiftly via email. I never felt as though I was a burden.

Surgery went brilliantly, with Miles visiting before and after to talk through parts of it with me. I was treated so well at the London Welbeck Hospital, all the staff while I was there for my surgery just couldn't do enough to help me; this included round the clock care.

Three days after being discharged I found myself in quite a bit of pain, I emailed CSP and Julia picked up my email (on Sunday & Father's Day!) She referred me to Miles who called me shortly after to talk through the pain and any concerns I had. I was blown away by the level of care I was given, just to put my mind at ease.

I've just gone back to get my bandages off at my one week appointment and I was greeted by Julia, Lindsey and Miles who all took the time to ask how I am and advise me that they're there whenever I need. Lindsay was very attentive and gentle when removing my bandages and quick to compliment my results!

I'm over the moon with my results, I can't tell you how good this team is; there is nothing at all I could fault them on.

It's a difficult thing to place your trust in someone when you can't see the vision they have in their head, but i'm so glad I allowed Miles to guide my decision as the outcome is exactly what I wanted.

I traveled from Manchester to the Beyond Beauty Clinic and it was definitely worth the trip! I was booked to have a consultation with Dr Nick Percival regarding lip fillers. With me being Black British, there wasn't any images or information about someone of my ethnic background having this procedure done, but after meeting Dr Nick, I knew he was the right person to perform the treatment.
I like the look of my lips, but when I smile I lose the definition of my top lip. Dr Nick advised that this would be a simple procedure. He informed me that I would be given numbing cream to help with the pain, and also went through all the difference types of lip filler. He chose to use dermal fillers, as it is soft and gives a very natural look. I was a little nervous but excited!
During the consultation I was informed of their 'cooling off period' which is not only were the patient has chance to make the decision on having the procedure done, but the surgeon also has the opportunity to turn down patients if he feels they are not eligible for the treatment. Dr Nick was happy with my expectations, my medical background so we went ahead with the treatment 24 hours later.
Dr Nick was very reassuring, asking if I was ok with the needles being inserted. It was a little painful, but bearable. I only had 0.6ml if lip filler, so it was a very quick procedure. I noticed the difference straight away, and I love them!
2 days later after the swelling had gone down, I am so happy with the results, and will definitely be visiting Dr Nick Percival in a few months time.

The clinic was very easy to find, and was a very clean and welcoming environment. The staff we great, very helpful and very personable. First impressions always count, and as I was treated by Nurse Lindsey upon arrival, I was made to feel at home.

It took me about 2 years and looking at a lot of boobs to find the right surgeon and muster up the courage to have a lift and reduction!
I had my procedure 9 months ago and I am beyond happy with my results. I love the fact that I no longer have to wear scaffolding but gorgeous delicate bras as well as bandeau bikinis. The Welbeck clinic is really small and very quiet. The nurses were really attentive and the anaesthetist that Mr Percival works with couldn't have been more reassuring and kind. I felt like I was looked after from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out.

My initial consultation was long, detailed and informative, the surgeon, Mr Nick Percival went through everything with me from the procedure, what to expect, the materials used, after care and even told me about the history of the procedure!
The treatment itself went very well, I had no bruising and little swelling and was very pleased with the results.

I felt greatly reassured by the prime location and good standing of the CSP hospital grounds. The period building is well kept, bright and clean with polite, attentive and helpful staff and world renowned surgeons. I would never have treatment at a clinic that didn't have impeccable hygiene and attention to detail, as this is an indication of the treatment you can expect to receive. There is no excuse for cutting corners and you can never be too careful with your health and appearance. Every aspect of Cosmetic Surgery Partners is extensive and thorough and it not only shows in their prime location but also on the smiles of every patients face after having treatment, myself included.

Mastopexy with Implant Exchange

This was my 2nd procedure with Mr Nick Percival at the Wellbeck Hospital in London. He is undoubtedly the best surgeon out there. My first procedure was revision work in 2010 after a surgeon in Glasgow had left me in a total mess. Last week (January 2015) I had a breast uplift with new implants to downsize. The staff in the hospital were amazing and Mr Percival has yet again given me unbelievable results which I never thought would be possible. A week on and my scars are healing great, they are so neat and hardly noticable already! Thank you so much Mr Percival, Julia & Lindsay, you have changed my life and made me so happy.

Breast Augmentation

I had my first breast implants in 2005 with Dr Nick Percival and the result was amazing then I went back in 2006 for couple more procedures, another breast augmentation and brilliant nose job. Again 10 years later in January 2015 I had another breast enlargement and lips filler. He recommended the new type of implants which is so smooth and I let him choose implants sizes which I am really satisfied with. My advice is to anyone who is looking to have a surgery is to listen to what he says because, he really knows what is talking about.
Some of my friends had breast augmentation with others surgeons, but they always say mine it's better. I would recommend Dr Nick Percival to anyone who is looking for a good and safe result. He is the right surgeon for you and he's very friendly and takes is time to go through everything you need to know about the procedures.The staff are amazing from the receptionist to the nurses, Anaesthetist all the team and are super friendly. Just want to say a big thank to Dr Nick Percival for the great job you did on me.

Surgery has exceeded my expectations, I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is. I’m very happy with the results . Dr. Miles is great .He is friendly and takes his time listen to patients.
