Chin augmentation:
Within my family, we all seem to have inherited the same chin. With a very deep crevasse in the middle, meaning the bottom sticks out more than it should. I always had a problem with my side profile, and have put that down to the fact that my chin has this very obvious shape.

I didn't really know that chin augmentation was a thing until I approached Botonics and described the fact that I didn't like it. They assured me that this is actually a very common treatment. I knew from research online that Botonics was a well respected, valued and trusted company, so my thinking was who better to ask then them. Especially as I work 10 minutes away from their clinic on Harley Street which is super convenient. After their knowledge on this topic, I went back to google and did my own research to see if what I wanted to could really be achieved with some filler, rather than a full blown general anesthetic surgery! And it could!

The treatment for my chin took around 15 minutes, however including all of the pre treatment knowledge/questions/facts/side effect info I would say a day in total it took around 45 minutes. Very quick!

Now after having the filler in, I am loving the results! My chin is so much smoother, and I hate my side profile so much less! All in all a massive recommendation to the Botonics team! I couldn't have asked for nicer calmer people to guide me through this experience.

I found Botonics through endless hours of googling. The reason I decided to go forward with them was because of all of their amazing reviews! It is so important that when you are looking for work done to your body/face that you find a trusted source. Because even if the price is cheap, you cannot risk your life!

The clinic is on Harley Street which is very close to where I work. I was introduced to Bill as I arrived who was amazingly friendly calming and professional. He led me up to the clinic where Dr. Narushcka was waiting. The room was so clean and tidy and had huge arm chairs where Dr. Narushcka took his time to explain everything in great detail to me.

Overall I am super happy with the clinic Bill and Dr. Narushck. Thank you, guys! I'll be back!

I signed up on the Botonics website, for their newsletter, after seeing other people who used them on YouTube. I was really interested in getting the dorsal hump on my nose to be more straight and smooth. It has been this way since I was 13 and never thought I would be one to get a "nose job", but the dermal filler nose job seemed perfect for me. After looking at their website, I was also very interested in the dermal filler, seeing their examples. I am currently 35, and I really did not want to wait until I was older to see what else could be done to my face. This sounded like the perfect way to see how much better my face could look and how much confidence I could gain when I had a profile I did not have to be ashamed of.

I chose Botonics after seeing their work online and researching the best provider for dermal filler in London. I never want to go somewhere "cheap" and be upset by bad results. This is your face, and you are worth it!

I was very impressed by Bill at Botonics who gave kind and considerate communication during my journey to actually get this procedure.The newsletters they sent out had great information about the procedures I was interested in and were very motivating (without seeming to be so).

My nose and dermal filler were done by Dr. Goyal. He is very kind, calm, and thorough. He made sure and took his time to make the best injections of the filler (and used great tools for reduced bruising). The most painful part was just the local anesthetic, and every thing else was just fine. I felt like I was in good hands with someone who has done this many times before and knows how to create the best improvements.

I eventually decided to let the lovely Narushka correct my wonky top lip due to fillers put there a long time ago ,my lips were not symmetrical. What took me so long?

I have had multiple treatments with the lovely Narushka; she exceeds my expectations each time. All I can say is go along, she will make you feel completely at ease and gives her honest opinion each time. Simply the best.

Botonics are very professional. After meeting Narushka and speaking to Bill on the phone, I knew I had found 'my doctor'. Treatments take place in sumptuous surroundings set in Harley street. I exceptionally like going there, as I am somewhat nervous when it comes to having treatments, but I am always made to feel comfortable with each and every one of my questions answered truthfully with expert knowledge and expertise.

Tear Ducts

My treatment went really well. It was a bit of discomfort for a couple of days due to a bit of swelling but it was not bruising at all. The procedure was straight forward and Naruschka at Botonics was lovely and caring. She is brilliant at what she does. The results are amazingly natural.The quote given was exactly what I paid, not hidden fees at all. I totally recommend it.

Fat tanager to buttucks

Like honestly, I'm not going to blab on about the whole procedure (fat transfer to buttocks) because at the end of it all, it was worth it! This procedure is something I've wanted to do for awhile now, not only because I hated my love handles (flanks) but cause I wanted to feel like I could wear anything without having to worry. The doctor was amazing and made me feel safe and stress free. The therapy sessions were amazing, to tell the truth, I felt like I was on cloud nine.

I recommend that anyone who wants to do this should contact Botonics. I'm 1 month post op and I have healed up pretty quick and friends have already commented asking me what do I do at the gym? But that's my little secret hahaha. Bill who helped me through the process of fees and booking was great and really polite even up until now. Kudos to Botonics in making me feel great and amazing again.

Tear Trough

I had tear trough treatment and I am very impressed with the results. My eyes were affected with lack of sleep, stress, and dieting all the time. They were swollen, tired, and made me look old and uncomfortable. I tried many creams, but nothing was effective as tear trough treatment. It was worth spending money. I got a professional consultation and check up before my treatment. I was satisfied with the consultation and looking at other customer results. The first application of Tear Trough could show me the results. Naurauska from Botonics took her time to see my eyes and went through the treatment safely and took time to make sure I wouldn't feel uncomfortable. She was very calm, friendly, and professional.

I used to hide my eyes with glasses and never put much make-up as they used to look awful, even with make up. Now, I am surprised how it has changed my eyes. My skin shines and my eyes looks so much better. I am so happy with the treatment and will do in the future instead of wasting money on eye creams. The best thing about treatment is, it lasts for 12 to 14 months.

vaser lipo procedure

Having had a good outcome from having my inner and outer thighs done, I decided to have the vaser lipo procedure done on my arms a couple of weeks ago. I realised it was a priority, once again, as society moved from talking to my thighs to my arms, I decided that rather than constantly positioning my arms so that they did not get all the attention, I would benefit from the vaser lipo procedure on my arms. I really thought nothing much could be done to them, and actually thought my arms were not as important, as no-one could see them as much as my thighs. That’s probably because I never believed that they could be as well shaped as they are today, after the vaser procedure about two weeks ago. [Besides the slight swelling].
Dr Nurein and the team, including myself, could not believe what a difference the procedure had made. As mentioned in my previous review, I had spent most of my youth in the gym. Once again, my arms were trimmed down after weeks of intense workouts. However, the size and shape of the underarms would droop again. Today, they look as if I’d spent every day in a gym, and the best thing is that they keep their shape and size if not better than they had ever been.
Dr Nurein and his assistants, once again, supported me. Their advice was amazing. From all the years I had tried to let others know how I would like my arms and thighs to be, I was well encouraged to spend all my time in the gym. [in real terms, well you can’t really do anything about them] The only thing was, to keep the shape, meant I had to be a gym member forever. Importantly, there was no time for anything else such as my education, socialising or wearing clothes that I liked.
Dr Nurein and Bill supported me. They were realistic and honest about what to expect. The most helpful help!

I chose Botonics for my lip augmentation. I have quite thin lips and it makes very difficult to wear lipsticks and when I do it tends to look like a thin line. I wanted to have a natural-looking lip enlargement - slightly fuller look but was afraid of having large duck lips. As this was my first cosmetic procedure I was very anxious but the same time excited to get the procedure done. Fortunately specialist Naruschka completely understood what my concerns are and addressed them accordingly. She gained my trust immediately as a very experienced and confident specialist. The procedure took about 30 minutes and itself hurt quite a lot and my lips were sore and swollen for the first 2 -3 days but I was fully recovered within 4-5 days. I was very happy with the results immediately after the procedure. Now my lips look and feel very natural.

Naruschka was very gentle and very thorough. She has a great understanding of the physiology, products and techniques she is using and client's needs and she really does not "cut corners".
