From the moment I arrived at the hospital I was treated with such care and kindness. Every aspect of the treatment was explained thoroughly and I felt fully informed throughout. My operation actually happened ahead of time which saved me from the worry brought about from excessive waiting. In the theatre, the anaesthetist and the surgeon were incredibly courteous and reassuring which put me at my ease. Following the operation, my care was incredible and their main aim was to ensure my comfort at all times. I can recommend this hospital without reservation. First class.
I’ve recently had liposuction and there were a few things I wasn’t happy about but Dr Carlos Debbas was wonderful about it and I’m currently waiting on a new appointment. I can’t fault this surgery, the staff have all been amazing and the aftercare team have been there when I need them. I had liposuction after having children and the price was within my budget. I had a breast augmentation 18 years ago they were 800cc implants with Transform and I have been wanting them removed for the last 6 years! I had visited several different surgeons in London & Somerset over the last few years but wasn’t completely comfortable with any of them! For the reasons that because my implants were so large they would be difficult to explant and none of them seemed very confident in explanting them! I spoke with Rachel his secretary to arrange my surgery date, I had lots of questions and Rachel his secretary was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions! I am now 4 days post-op and couldn’t be happier! I am now back in Somerset and Mr El-Gawad is still texting me to check I am okay! If you are in any doubt? DO NOT BE! You will not be disappointed!
