All the clinics have qualified doctors overseeing the aesthetic treatments given to patients. All the doctors are members of the BACD, the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors. The group also trains nurses and allied professionals in aesthetic medicine. Services provided at the clinics include administration of Treatment for lines and wrinkles and dermal filler injections and IPL hair removal treatments. Home visits are arranged for house bound patients.

She successfully completed a non-medical Prescribing professional qualification (V300) in 2013 and recently completed training for the Skin Viva Anti-Wrinkle and Filler Treatment programmes. Louise is fully insured to practice anywhere in the UK with specialist cosmetic insurers Hamilton Fraser.
