I had a breast augmentation 18 years ago they were 800cc implants with Transform and I have been wanting them removed for the last 6 years! I had visited several different surgeons in London & Somerset over the last few years but wasn’t completely comfortable with any of them! For the reasons that because my implants were so large they would be difficult to explant and none of them seemed very confident in explanting them! Life-Changing Experience: Positive Outcome from Breast Reduction Surgery I recently underwent bilateral breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) and am beyond thrilled with the results. The procedure was performed on 20th October 2025 by Professor Mahajan at the Yorkshire Clinic and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Before the surgery, I dealt with chronic neck and back pain, persistent shoulder grooves from bra straps, and frequent skin irritation.
