I visited Dr Prashant after a recommendation and researching the surgeons in the South East Wales area. I went for an upper blepharoplasty. (Eyelid lift). From the first visit, I felt at ease and appreciated how honest, thorough and knowledgeable Dr Prashant is. He managed my expectations well. On the day of surgery, all of the staff at Reforme were attentive and friendly, and I felt calm. There was no pain during the procedure, and it didn’t take too long. Dr Prashant followed up via messages a few days later, and 1 week later, I had the stitches removed. I have a few follow-up appointments scheduled for the next few months. I will be honest, and at first I did worry that my eyes didn’t look even, but please TRUST THE PROCESS. I’m 4 weeks out and couldn’t be happier.
