He focused on aesthetics during his residency and subsequent professional practice. He makes a wide range of operations such as; face, eye, nose, breast, trunk and lipoplasty. he is also a columnist in one of Turkish National newspaper, Milliyet. 

In 2001, she worked as a research assistant at Ege University, Department of Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Op. Dr. Evren Helvacı received her specialty in 2008 with her thesis on the diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanoma. Between 2010 and 2012, she continued her career in the private sector. In 2013, she established her own office in Ataşehir, Istanbul. In 2017, she established Blanc Clinic & Beauty Clinic and continues her services in the field of aesthetic surgery and medical aesthetics.
