The quality of follow-up throughout the process was fantastic. Dr. Bora was very friendly, caring and trusting. The hospital was very modern and clean and the staff was very welcoming and kind. I previously contacted Dr Murat Koca with my nose. The problem is inside my nose, I was having trouble breathing for 2 years! Dr Murat Koca recommended Professor Dr Ozan Seymen Sezen and I contacted first we corresponded via WhatsApp and then I made an appointment we met face to face at his clinic in Istanbul. I was very well received, he immediately examined me and showed the bumps in my nose with the camera. At that moment, I immediately made my decision to have the operation because I was having a hard time breathing. And Mr. Seymen said he will make surprise I have dents in the lower corner of my nose, he said I will fix them. I had operation 3 days later, I did not understand anything, I had no pain. I stayed in the hospital for 1 day and was discharged the next day. And Mr. Seymen has described very well what I will do and what I will pay attention to in 4 weeks. I can’t thank Dr. Yilmaz enough. Everything went perfect, from the first video call to the last post-op check-up. I had two procedures done at the same time, otoplasty and rhinoplasty, and the results exceeded my expectations. People can’t even notice I had surgery, despite the incredible improvements.
