I cannot recommend Dr. Caner and his team highly enough. After damaging my nose in a car accident in the U.K., I felt let down by the local health services. Extensive research into rhinoplasty options abroad led me to Dr. Caner, and I’m glad I chose him for the procedure. From the start, Ebru, my coordinator, was exceptional. She guided me through the entire process, answering all my questions thoroughly and accurately. The package exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I was picked up at the airport in a comfortable limousine and taken directly to the Vanity Hospital in Istanbul, which felt more like a five-star hotel than a hospital. The next morning, Dr. Caner came to discuss my expectations, and his perfect English made communication easy. Ebru was always present for further clarification when needed, and her English was excellent. The surgery went smoothly, and I returned to my room afterwards. The nursing staff were caring and attentive, checking on me regularly throughout the night to change my IV painkillers and antibiotics. Twenty-four hours later, Emrah, another team member, chauffeured me to Dr. Caner's clinic and then to my hotel. The hotel was lovely—quiet, clean, with friendly staff and a high-quality open buffet breakfast. Post-surgery, I stayed in regular contact with Ebru, sending photos twice daily for Dr. Caner to monitor my recovery. On the final day, Emrah collected me again for a follow-up with Dr. Caner, who confirmed that everything was healing well and that I was fit to fly back to the U.K. Nine days after the surgery, I am already delighted with my new nose and look forward to seeing the final results once the bruising fully subsides. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Caner and his team—Ebru and Emrah—for their exceptional care and support throughout this journey. The whole package was truly outstanding.

I had my under-eye surgery with Dr. Afet Oncel. She removed my bags under both eyes. It was a local anaesthesia and took 1 hours all together. The healing took about 1 week and completely healed in 2 months with almost no scars. Amazing! As someone who is young to have under-eye bags, it is transformational considering the results of it and the effort & time I put into it. Dr Afet is very easy to talk and she explained the potential options for me to choose and based on her recommendation I went to the slightly easy method of removing the under-eye bags. I am very happy with the results and guidance Dr. Afet has provided.

I can’t thank Dr. Yilmaz enough. Everything went perfect, from the first video call to the last post-op check-up. I had two procedures done at the same time, otoplasty and rhinoplasty, and the results exceeded my expectations. People can’t even notice I had surgery, despite the incredible improvements. The price included transport to and from the airport, hospital and hotel. The staff were amazing, there was always a translator on the ward. They were patient and understanding and very helpful. The surgeon ran through everything with us and checked in on us when we were done with the procedure. Eva who we booked the visit through, was on call 24/7 via WhatsApp. The hospital had Wi-Fi and Netflix to get you through bed rest. I haven't regretted this choice and I'm so pleased I did my gastric sleeve through them.

Professor Dr Bekir Atik and his team consisting of another very talented doctor Dr. Memet, his lovely assistant Neslihan and his very helpful and kind nurses Livanur and Kardelen.They are simply top league in terms of knowledge, implementation and follow-up on aesthetic issues and procedures. At the end of August I had an almost 7-hour aesthetic combination surgery. My arms, legs and tummy were tightened because I had a lot skinsaging after I lost 50 kg of weight. When I was researching for clinics and asking around, some clinics turned me down, some doctors didn't want to do such a big surgery. Some doctors recommended that I do this surgery step by step, or it was more about the money. Professor Dr. Bekir Atik wasn't like that. It took a short while before I got a clear yes or no after my request. But his decision was solid and well thought out. Dr Bekir Atik is honest and has a lot of experience. He accomplishes in collaboration with Dr. Memet masterful performance on the human body. I was skeptical at first because Dr. Bekir seemed aloof but upon examination, his actions and skill spoke more than words. After a while, I got warm with him. I trusted the skills of both doctors blindly. These two doctors are just over the top! Super professional and still honest and human. Operations are not just for money here. Neslihan is the chief nurse, the patient advisor and the all-rounder on this team. In addition to medical questions, she never left me alone for a second with any other questions. I can attest to the fact that I have both cried and laughed with her. Just a great and professional person. I can write to her at any time, even after the treatment, if I have any questions. The two nurses, Kardelen and Livanur, are made of sugar. They are patient, open, understanding and respond to all questions and requests. Very cordial and professional. If anything is unclear, the team is very well-networked. You won't be forgotten. And feedback comes quickly. The only criticism of the save medical istanbul concept is the aftercare after the procedure. Points such as raised seats for the toilets or possibly lymphatic massages or massage rollers would be the bonus, THE extra that would make this team and the concept perfect. After the surgery it was very difficult for me to use the bathroom, because everything was sore and painful and the seat in the bathroom in the clinic was too low. The massages or massage rollers could also have worked against swelling. I would like to thank Professor Dr. Bekir Atik and his team. I can recommend this doctor and his team with the respective concept with a clear conscience at any time and aesthetic intervention.
