What can I say about Aktif International hospital.. No single line could sum up just how absolutely amazing a place this is and the full range of care they provide, but if I had to summarize a statement it would be 'Above and beyond'. From the moment I reached out for a consultation about a breast augmentation they have been thorough. No questions was left unanswered, no expectation or request was unmet. From my first point of contact they have been brilliant. My original rep Nuvar Jenny (whom has left now) walked me through the entire expected process, helped me with searching for answers about visa requirements and flight plans ontop of the medical information. The lovely drivers collected me from the airport in the middle of a snow storm and got me to the hospital where I first met Buket (if you are so lucky to get her, feel at ease and blessed) who took me for preoperative tests and helped me settle into the hospital she is truly amazing. And of course Dr. Ozan Cobalt, an incredible surgeon in not just his skill level, attention to detail and ability to convert word vomit into a translatable understanding of what your desired outcome request is. I cannot tell you enough how incredibly happy I was to have him be my surgeon. I have never really been comfortable in the company of strangers, but i trusted him. Thank god I did because I dont believe I would have walked away from anywhere else with the results and new found femine confidence I have today had it not been for his input and skills. Recommend without hesitation! I dont want to leave this comment without also mentioning the other members of staff that helped in my care, the nurses all of them, regardless of my language barrier where the sweetest, kindest people who helped with everything and anything I asked for. They are truly off the chart with care. If you are looking for a team of professionals and a fantastic experience dont go past Aktif International hospital. If you are specifically looking for breast augmentation, seek out Dr. Ozan Cobalt, you will not be left disappointed. Thank to all of them!!!

From the moment I entered Istanbul Airport, I was welcomed by a private driver and Melek from Setur Health. They took care of me immediately, and I am so grateful for that, as Istanbul is crowded, and you really need help. The hotel organized by Setur was also perfect—so comfortable and right in the middle of Taksim! I also really enjoyed the food and the entire organization on the day of my surgery. Everything went perfectly! I was so surprised by the food at the hospital; I’ve never had better in a clinic! I am incredibly grateful for my entire experience with Setur Health for my hair transplant. I received everything they promised—and more! Such welcoming people, so professional—just PERFECT! Dr Ozge and team were amazing. A disciplined and sincere approach was the key for my decision. My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. I recommend him for the people who are looking for a decent surgeon who knows what he is doing in the most possible realistic way.
