Outstanding Experience – Truly 10/10! I recently had my first-stage dental implant surgery in Antalya, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my initial enquiry right through to post-op care, everything was smooth and well-organised. The entire team anticipated my needs and made me feel supported every step of the way. The hotel accommodation was lovely, although a bit far from the clinic, it wasn’t a major issue at all. A special thanks to my coordinator, Burcu, who was absolutely amazing. Although my treatment plan changed (which also affected the cost), she took the time to explain everything clearly, liaised with the team on my behalf, and reached a fair agreement. Despite her busy schedule, she truly went the extra mile for me, and I deeply appreciate it. Aziz was also incredible, he looked after me with genuine care, even staying with me after my surgery finished late to make sure I was okay. He even helped me get dinner, which wasn’t part of his job, but he did it out of kindness. It meant a lot. A big shout-out to my amazing chauffeurs, Galip and Ahmed, who were always on time, communicative, and extremely professional. They made the logistics seamless and stress-free. Although I didn’t get to meet Tuhanan, my remote coordinator, in person, he was fantastic, quick to respond, very understanding, and patient with all my many questions and requests. Thank you for your support and diligence! Lastly, the Private Erdem Özdemir Clinic where I had my surgery was excellent. The staff were professional, the treatment was clearly explained, and expectations were well-managed. The implant surgeon and dentist were highly skilled, and I felt I was in very capable hands. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and team for anyone considering dental treatment abroad. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Ich hatte am vergangenen Montag meine Schlauchmagen-OP im Anatolia Hospital in Antalya, durchgeführt von Dr. Prof. Nurullah Bülbüller, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die medizinische Betreuung durch Dr. Bülbüller und sein Team war auf höchstem Niveau, was mir von Beginn an ein großes Gefühl von Sicherheit gab. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die Fürsorge der Krankenschwestern. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, geduldig und haben sich rund um die Uhr sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Egal ob es kleine Anliegen oder Sorgen gab, die Schwestern waren immer sofort zur Stelle und haben mir das Gefühl gegeben, bestens aufgehoben zu sein. Auch die Organisation im Vorfeld war tadellos. Die deutsche Koordinatorin Aslihan Ay , die sich um alles gekümmert hat, war absolut großartig. Sie hat an alles gedacht und dafür gesorgt, dass der gesamte Ablauf reibungslos verlief. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Nachsorge war ich in besten Händen. Ich kann das Anatolia Hospital und das gesamte Team von Herzen weiterempfehlen. I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S. I had dental crowns. I am very happy with my new teeth now. The service they give you is high quality.
