Outstanding Experience – Truly 10/10! I recently had my first-stage dental implant surgery in Antalya, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my initial enquiry right through to post-op care, everything was smooth and well-organised. The entire team anticipated my needs and made me feel supported every step of the way. The hotel accommodation was lovely, although a bit far from the clinic, it wasn’t a major issue at all. A special thanks to my coordinator, Burcu, who was absolutely amazing. Although my treatment plan changed (which also affected the cost), she took the time to explain everything clearly, liaised with the team on my behalf, and reached a fair agreement. Despite her busy schedule, she truly went the extra mile for me, and I deeply appreciate it. Aziz was also incredible, he looked after me with genuine care, even staying with me after my surgery finished late to make sure I was okay. He even helped me get dinner, which wasn’t part of his job, but he did it out of kindness. It meant a lot. A big shout-out to my amazing chauffeurs, Galip and Ahmed, who were always on time, communicative, and extremely professional. They made the logistics seamless and stress-free. Although I didn’t get to meet Tuhanan, my remote coordinator, in person, he was fantastic, quick to respond, very understanding, and patient with all my many questions and requests. Thank you for your support and diligence! Lastly, the Private Erdem Özdemir Clinic where I had my surgery was excellent. The staff were professional, the treatment was clearly explained, and expectations were well-managed. The implant surgeon and dentist were highly skilled, and I felt I was in very capable hands. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and team for anyone considering dental treatment abroad. Truly a 10/10 experience!

I have just arrived home from ANTALYA, I had a breast uplift and breast implants with AYT CLINIC. From the beginning talking with Asli on WhatsApp the experience has been phenomenal. Asli has been so helpful in giving me all the information I need, she has been there every step of the way with me. Transfers from the airport to my hotel, hotel to hospital, and back to the airport, I have been very impressed, always on time, they picked me up exactly when they said they were, lovely drivers too. My hospital stay was also amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful, their English wasn’t the best but Asli stayed with me and translated for us which was very helpful. All the hospital staff was very happy and took good care of me from the moment I arrived, all through my surgery, and my aftercare. My surgeon Dr Mehmet, wow what an amazing person, he is very very talented, and I am so chuffed with my results. He has given me exactly what I wanted. He listened to me and also gave me his recommendations. He is such a lovely man and has also been there for me every step of the way. He even made a special trip to my hotel on his day off work to remove my drains for me as I was finding them uncomfortable. He is very professional and I would 100% be returning to him in the future if I decide on any more cosmetic procedures I wouldn’t go to anybody else. My follow-up appointment with Dr Mehmet the day before I flew home was very in-depth, I felt so safe and secure and I trusted him 100%. He made me feel at ease from the moment I met him. I am now home back with my children and I’m so happy with my results, Asli has contacted me to check I am okay which is amazing, the aftercare is still amazing even though I am now back home. Professional, open, honest and caring. Excellent service. I was a little concerned about being in a different country and not knowing what to expect. The Dr and her team operate out of the main hospital, which is modern and well equipped. Had the lens replaced in one eye and laser on the other eye done by the NHS which had signs of protein buildup. Less than a week and my eyesight is excellent. Don’t wait too long as I did, and suffer when you can have this done at a fraction of the price. Ideally, flight out Sunday and return Friday, gives the team time to run tests, do the surgery and then a checkup before you leave.

I can only warmly recommend this clinic. There are interpreters everywhere who all speak great German and can always be reached via WhatsApp. I had a BDS with 360 degrees of tightening and was greeted so warmly in the hospital, the nurses are always attentive and also translate a lot on their cell phone if there are any questions. I was able to go to the hotel two days later. The hotel is super nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. On the day of the operation, I was walking in the hallway, slowly but surely, step by step. Today is day 5 after my operation and I haven't had much pain the last few days (of course you get painkillers) and I can go for a walk and enjoy the weather. It's 100x easier to heal with such great weather and the great team at Clinic Ways. Thank you for everything.
