What an amazing experience ! It all started when I contacted Catchlife enquiring about a breast uplift and reduction. Veronica was my main contact and she was brilliant, always on the other end of the phone to answer my questions. I arrived in Turkey and was picked up at the airport and brought to the hospital for checks. Two days later I had my surgery.I was picked up by Mari a beautiful young lady who was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me in everyway possible. I met with Dr Onur Ogan, who explained everything - what a lovely man he was. I was then down for surgery. The hospital was great and comfortable, I even had a flat screen Tv not like we have in England 😂. I stayed a night in the hospital and then was discharged. The team were always on the other side of the phone. The day before I was due to go home I went to see the nurse and I was fit to fly. It sounds so straight forward but it really is. It's no different to having it done in England. Turkey is beautiful and the people I met along my journey were friendly, kind and beautiful ❤️ I couldn't recommend catch life enough. Perfect experience and I have the boobs I've always wanted. Even now I'm back in England all I do is message Veronica and she is always happy to help. I will be recommending catch life to family and friends! Thank you so much for the amazing experience. If your thinking of having surgery this is your place!

The whole experience was amazing. The team was fully supportive and couldn’t do enough to help me. The Dr came twice a day and made sure my progress was being made. Starting with my communication with Jasmine and ending with my trip out of Antalya, working with MaxxClinic was a great experience. Jasmine is a great communicator and she answered all my many questions really fast. She never makes you wait for answers and gets all the logistics of the trip working like a perfect puzzle, with all the pieces in place fast and efficiently. Derya and Ilayda were there for me from my first step into the city to my flight out. I have never in my life been so pampered and well taken care of. They drove me to my doctor's appointments, the hospital and back to the places I stayed in. Even had other appointments aligned if I was interested in other procedures. They (Jasmine or Derya) even managed to have me get one of the appointments right between changing my accommodation, so all went smoothly and easily, my bag with us and all ... I highly recommend the clinic to anyone doing medical procedures in Turkey. Antalya is easy to fly into and easy to navigate. My only advice, from my experience, is don't assume that you know medical stuff as I did, even when it's about your own body! If you have clogged ears after the operation don't assume, like I did, that it's just wax. I ended up treating my ears for the wrong thing and as I still complained of not hearing with one ear, on the day of my flight out, they took me to see a specialist (on their own dime). We finally realize that I had an ear infection. I am still dealing with it 8 weeks later, as ears take a long time to heal and I spend the first 2 weeks treating them for the wrong thing. Please learn from my mistakes!

I travelled alone from the UK, to have my operation on 5 June 2024. I was scheduled to have a long-awaited breast reduction and a TT with 360 lipo. However Dr Houtan was wonderful, he decided after seeing me in person and due to the additional weight I’d lost since my consultation, that I would be better suited with a 360 TT and a breast reduction. He discussed all the options and made sure I was happy with the decision to go ahead. I had about 15lbs of skin removed and couldn’t be happier with changes. It was a big change going from 34GG to a 32C/D and it was an emotional journey as well as a physical one, but the NewMe team were wonderful and supportive and Eren was so helpful, making himself available to answer all of my questions. The aftercare was excellent, I was checked by Dr Houtan everyday until I was discharged - I had a bag of aftercare products including oral antibiotics, antibiotic spray and cream, steroid-infused silicone tape (to use at 4wk PO) and compression garments to aid recovery. On the 4th day PO I was discharged and taken to the 5* Porto Bello hotel and spa. The hotel was beautiful and in an ideal location. I had an enormous corner deluxe room on the first floor with dual aspects overlooking the pool, entrainment area, the sea and the play area. The hotel staff were attentive and used to dealing with PO patients, the food at the hotel is varied and well done, I would definitely recommend. As a mum of 3, when I got home, I overdid it and some of the stitches along my old C-section line opened up. Eren and Irmak were brilliant once again, my photos were referred them back to Dr Houtan, and together they reassured me that no permanent damage had been done and advised accordingly. It’s been great having the team to consult with, that peace of mind has been invaluable. I am now 6 weeks PO and my healing is coming along lovely. The stitching is so neat, Dr Houtan does excellent scar work, the incisions on my breast are almost invisible already. I still have some swelling under my armpits but Dr Houtan and the team assured me that it’s normal and it will eventually all settle down, with time. Everything bar the flights were catered for, by the NewMe team. I flew with Tui and had assisted travel on the way home (I would recommend doing this too) I have already recommended some of my friends to the team and look forward to seeing their journey with NewMe.

had surgery in 2022 my surgeon Dr. Bahadir Celik was so lovely and had a mommy makeover the whole experience was brilliantly well looked after. I'm now here again to see him again I trust him completely the staff are lovely. My whole experience is 10 out of 10 even down to Mel who talks and sorts everything out for u on WhatsApp lovely people.
