He graduated with distinction from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2003. Driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence, he went on to pursue specialization in the Plastic Surgery department at Akdeniz University, successfully completing his training in 2009.

Demonstrating his deep sense of duty towards his nation, Associate Professor Dr. Asım USLU fulfilled his military service as a physician at Gülhane Military Medical Academy from 2010 to 2011. Following his military tenure, he dutifully concluded his mandatory service at Çankırı State Hospital in 2013. His exceptional dedication and remarkable performance shone brightly as he secured the highest rank in the Chief Resident examination, which subsequently paved his way to a distinguished position at Antalya Training and Research Hospital.

In acknowledgement of his exceptional contributions to the medical field, Associate Professor Dr. USLU was bestowed with the prestigious title of "Physician of the Year" in Antalya in 2019. His unrelenting quest for knowledge and mastery culminated in his appointment to the esteemed position of Associate Professor (Doçent) in 2020.
