My journey started in August 2025 when I had an Extended/Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication. That experience was an absolute breeze. At the time, I thought perhaps I just got lucky with how fantastic the recovery went. However, on January 12, 2026, I underwent a second procedure—a Posterior Body Lift under general anaesthetic—and the experience was just as incredible. What amazes me most is the pain management. For two such massive procedures, it almost sounds untrue, but I can assure you: in both instances, I woke up from the anaesthetic with absolutely NO pain. It takes a truly skilled surgeon and a brilliant anaesthetist to achieve that level of comfort for a patient. I have gotten to know Dr. Neser over this time, and her skill is undeniable. But it isn’t just her; the entire ecosystem she works in is world-class. The anaesthetist is excellent, and the compassion and care shown by the theatre staff speaks volumes ("spreek boekdele") about why my recovery has been so good. A huge thank you as well to her receptionist and the office staff, who are always helpful and professional. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, I recommend Dr. Neser without a shadow of a doubt.

My experience with Dr Dower and his team has been exceptional from start to finish. Dr Dower is calm, concise, and highly reassuring in the way he explains his procedures. He gives clear, honest feedback and truly believes that less is more — a philosophy I deeply appreciate. His approach is all about harmony, balance, and natural-looking results, which immediately inspired confidence in me. He also has an excellent bedside manner: professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I always felt I was in safe, experienced hands. What also stood out was the warmth of his entire team. His staff — including the secretaries, beauticians, and nurses — are all incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive. They create a very personal, comforting experience, which makes such a difference during a surgical journey. Now, at two weeks post-op, I can already see the healing progressing beautifully and the results beginning to show exactly as Dr Dower explained they would. That reassurance and accuracy have meant a lot to me. The accommodation arranged was also excellent, which made the whole experience even smoother and more comfortable. Honestly, I would recommend Dr Dower to my closest friends without hesitation. A truly professional, tasteful, and caring experience. Thank you to everyone !!
